Ken has over 25 years experience generating Morsights from consumer research.  Prior to starting Morsight, Ken led the Consumer Insights function at Serta Simmons Bedding, a $3 billion consumer bedding giant.  Ken has also worked for various marketing consultancies designing, leading and presenting Morsights from consumer experience studies across a variety of industries.
